Individual Counselling

I have worked with people across the lifespan in clinical, community, educational, and performance arts settings since 2010. I have addressed issues of grief and loss; gender and sexual diversity; substance abuse; family violence; self-harm and suicidality; psychoeducation; self-regulation techniques; group mediation; physical and intellectual disability; cognitive and speech/language assessments; psychosocial assessments. 

I have provided direct counselling in my role as Therapeutic Specialist with adolescents in residential care; with voluntary and court-mandated young adults during a placement in the Drug and Alcohol Services team at Caraniche; and with school students during a placement at Copperfield Junior College. I have also completed Honours- and Masters- level university subjects in Professional Counselling Skills, which included practical examinations.
